Hello parents and guardians,
The Hockey Alliance of Ontario and Hockey Canada, of which Dofasco Minor Hockey is a member of, requires that all players have a Birth Certificate and Proof of Residency / Address Document uploaded to their HCR (Hockey Canada Registry) Spordle Profile.
You may be receiving an email in early February if your child is missing any of these requirements. Please follow the instructions in the email and have the items completed ASAP.
Any team advancing to the City Playdowns require their players to be fully approved by the Alliance. If your child does not have any of these requirements completed, they may not be able to participate in the tournament
